This means that every 20 to 25 calories you will consume in your next 30 to 60 minutes are going to come from the carb intake you consumed last time you were at full energy!
Just under a kilo of food will be necessary to fully restore all your lean-to-fat body weight to levels that would otherwise be problematic.
