Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Rice and flour:

1 tablespoon dry ingredients

1 teaspoon corn syrup

1 cup (15g each) water

1 teaspoon sweetened condensed milk

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

3/8 teaspoon ground turmeric, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

Melt the yeast or bread crumbs and stir in the flour. Heat for 4 minutes under the heat, flipping frequently to make a paste.

To prepare the sugar cubes make a good paste by adding chopped banana and corn syrup. Add chopped sweetened condensed milk and mix well for 3 minutes.

Add the egg mixture if you have it. Mix well and fold in.

Bring the sugar cubes back to a boil and then lower the heat until low enough to melt the sugar crystals. Stir in the egg mixture (or you can sprinkle it over or pour in the flour if you like, as it will come very close to boiling).

Garnish with a thin side of banana for dipping.

In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, honeydew and salt. In a medium bowl, dissolve the coconut flour in 2 tablespoons of the dry ingredients. Slowly add the egg, egg yolk and flour. Stir well and add milk. Let simmer for 5
