Cooked Fruits and Vegetables:
In this dish I make a big variety of fruits and vegetables – I usually use 4 or 5 in total for stuffing or topping the fish. Also, I can cover any small pieces they might have. I will try to follow all directions, as I often do some sort of homemade fish-cooking method.
So I take the top part of each container and turn it onto stovetop pan. I use aluminum foil, so this is the one you will cook it in. Do this with other fish if necessary. I generally take 3 or 4 steaks in each container – this might take longer, but you can usually figure out your own.
Let the fish cool down and add some veggies, or a few, in the second container. If you are looking for a little fresh, you can cook the whole thing in the pan for a few minutes or leave it for an hour. Once the fish cools some, mix it all in.
