Once cooked, remove and remove the bowl from the oven and put in the freezer. I usually let the baguettes rest 20 minutes in the fridge. I like to freeze them for a couple of days in case I want them to look fresh. They make nice brownies when they are done. It's a very nice, flavorful base for this meal.
