I believe that because it's something we are all born with, we do not care about the number of servings the person eats every day, and that only the time we eat that we can determine those servings. You can make your own soup out of any vegetable, even tofu and cucumber.
And of course, there are hundreds of variations on this recipe but the classic one is this.
This kind of soup is so simple and healthy and even includes lots of veggies as you might find otherwise. In fact, if you want to make a recipe with a less spicy version it's just perfect.
