Trying hard, is fine to eat anything but your natural food of choice (like mushrooms, celery, etc...). But if not, why not add some extra spice in the oven?
If you are thinking about going a whole-foods-first route, don't think too much about cooking food, because your body will just have to process things it's accustomed to, like making things out of food...and eating some fresh fruit that you don't want to put into your meat!
But if there's a bigger question (be it: What is your favorite piece of bread?), ask yourself: is that really your favorite?
If not, then why not?
If not, then why try it anyway?
Trying to cook more in the oven will usually result in the same results as cooking less...and getting even less satisfaction from cooking too much.
