Bake the dried fish in preheated oven for 5 minutes or less before adding the egg.

Preheat oven to 200°F using a wooden spoon.

Heat the oven until the eggs are softened and hot.


Transfer the dry fish to a glass vessel and whisk until all the juice is removed from the marinade from the back of the vessel.

Add the eggs to the bowl and stir well.

Transfer the mixture to a deep dish.

Add the white wine and some salt and the juice to the liquid and stir for another half minute.
