how to bake small fish: 1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic chopped

1/4 tsp. smoked paprika (preferably)

4 dried parsley, diced

4 fresh basil leaves minced

3/4 cup coconut water

1 tsp. turmeric powder

2 garlic cloves minced

Salt to taste Instructions Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with baking parchment and set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together garlic, paprika and smoked paprika until finely ground and blended with butter. Add onion, basil and bay leaves; fry till translucent.(Cook for about 2 minutes after, flip) Season with salt, pepper and other spices, and season generously. Remove from oven and allow for 2 minutes or until browned. Transfer to blender with 2 tablespoons of almond oil. Blend on medium-high until perfectly smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning to taste.
