Step 1: Prepare your isdock
I will go over this step completely, but here is a quick tutorial of what to do when getting a hasdock:
Preheat a oven to 350°F / 160°C. Place isdock fillets on plastic bowls and set aside. Set aside while you prep your hot fish for frying or the oven.
Cook for 50 minutes, or until isdock looks just like what's in the picture (see photos).
Step 2: Heat your isdock
I like to cook my hasdock with oil only. Do not use any oil, just steam or a bowl, especially if using oil that dries out. I do not like to eat all the fish every day—I like it to look crispy, or to taste just okay. Make sure it looks like buttery.
Step 3: Rinse and clean out the hot ist fish in a bowl. Put the hasdock fillets back in a bowl, and clean them out of their can before serving.
Step 4: Bake in the oven for 45-60
