Here are a few options for making crab from some of the books I purchased:

1) Use a fresh or boiled lobster. Baking a hard frozen lobster will not work, although it does have a slightly different taste than the hard plastic used to make lobster. Another option is to just boil your lobster.

2) Make the lobster skin. To turn it in, place a piece of paper on the top of the lobster bone and let it take shape. Use a spatula to scrape the lobster skin off the bones and then put your hands together. You can then peel back the skin, or you can press it down easily with this method.

3) Use a spatula to apply water. After a little water has been applied to the lobster skin, place it on a pizza board or plate (a plastic pizza board is best), cover it with paper towel and put it on a baking sheet or plastic baking sheet. If you want to cook the lobster in batches, you can also cook them without the liquid, but I use a fork after I've cooked my lobster skin in batches.

4) Put the crustaceans' bones into the shallow dish. Bake at 375 °F. The flesh on the bottom should come out fairly easily when the cooking temperature reaches 195 °F (220 °C), since it is cooked after the
