1 pound red bell pepper, chopped
½ lb black pita julep, chopped
1 cup finely chopped onion, chopped
1 cup chopped chili powder
2 tsp cumin
2 tbsp kha bhi (or more depending on the amount of the ingredients)
Salt & pepper to taste
1-4 chopped tomatoes, cut into ½ inch slices
4 cups cooked red chillies, peeled and chugged
1/4 cup water Instructions For the flour: Heat a large skillet over medium heat until just browned and cooked through. Add salt and pepper to taste and saute the tomatoes one by one for 5 minutes until softened. Add tomatoes, cook, add water, and cook for 2-3 minutes until just tender. Add the chillies, cook until just tender and turn out a light brown ball. Add the diced tomatoes and the water/water mix. Cook the chillies until just lightly browned, then turn them out onto a plate and serve. This recipe is for 3-6 puffs of cooked red chillies. It will work as well if you add some lemon juice or some chili powder to the mix as well.
