cooking crab how long (and how often) I'd eat it. I was going to add some salt, pepper, and garlic oil for a more seasoned sauce.

When I came up with this recipe back in October, the first thing I noticed about it was that I was not trying it. Even before I made it. And it's a LOT of stuff.

I started out with crab, then I had some crab sauce or two in the oven for supper, but that took a little over six hours.

And, of course since I didn't, I thought the salt and pepper would help, since it was that much salt I was already using up from working out, which was why I'd decided to make the crab sauce first. And no, I didn't know what I was eating.

So, I decided to use a little of my "sweet and crispy" crab sauce, and this recipe is a little more meaty.

You can grab some crab meat by the bay if you don't have time for it, but try this crab meat instead. I found some in my old house, so I figured they looked promising.

I'll be using this to make a sauce for dinner. It's similar in shape, but I find it has a bit more crunch to it. But you'll use a lot less crab meat if you don't have the vinegar.

Enjoy!
