As for the cheese, I don't want it spoiled and will get rid of it after I have had it cold enough. I like fresh or frozen mushrooms too but I do have them frozen, so it might go back and reheated later.
Cheese has a great texture but is really thin. And I will probably buy more meat in a freezer once a year when I have a baby.
