I added the spiced green chives for this.
This was one of my best sellers at the grocery store and has come up so often in my travels these days. I think this would be more suitable for a grilled pork dish.
Recipe Notes Cooked Pork Lamb and Pork Rib - 1 to 1 1/2 cups butter
1 tsp ground cumin
4 cups vegetable broth
Directions Heat 2 tbsp oil (or stock if using and make sure you always add enough oil) in a saucepan over medium high heat. Bring water to a boil and keep turning over, until hot. Add the garlic and cook slowly in 4 cups. Add the onions and cook for 1 minute, stirring (not boiling yet, but stirring very often if necessary) with a rubber spatula until tender. Add the ginger, bay leaf, and spices and cook for 1 minute. Add the shrimp and add them to the bowl. Toss to coat, and stir in the mushrooms. While the mushrooms are simmer cook the scallions in a frying pan. Add the sauce and turn the heat to medium low and cook for 3 seconds. Finally, add 2 cups of the lobster tail and cook for 1 minute more. Cook the tails as well. Place them back on a plate and keep stirring in the sauce while stirring in the mushrooms.
