With most of the food on my table, I also have to pick out a healthy meal that contains fresh, local ingredients. I have three options to choose from. I like the chicken salad, fried eggplant salad, and the shrimp sandwich. The chicken salad is much healthier, but the shrimp sandwich is more like a combo of seafood salad with sweet potato dip, fresh vegetables, and of course more shrimp with lime to add a little kick and extra bite.

The meal is fairly simple, but I had my share of side dishes. Of course, my main food was salmon and duck, so this was my first food that I hadn't tried for a while. It's definitely one of the most well-known dishes I've eaten, but I have a feeling we could all make it more special, including the salad.

As always, the salad was my first choice. The salad, so I was not going to spend much time here, provided I had some time on the clock. I actually got the lemon salad yesterday. I actually went really little over it, and was actually very surprised when I saw how much I liked the salad. The chicken sandwich really works against the chicken, because it is very salty without being too salty. The shrimp sandwich was also great, but I don't like it at all, or anything along those lines.
